The Val Bean or also known as Rock Bean ( feijao Pedra )is one of the most consumed grains in the countries of the Mediterranean Sea, due to its versatility and color, it adapts to various presentations such as salads, soups or main dishes, in Peru Its very common to use it in the north, accompanying one of the most famous dishes like CEVICHE.
